RETURNS

* Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. Items also must be unworn, if tags are not attached, or the items have been washed or worn, it will be sent back to you and no exchange or store credit will be applied.

* All items may be returned for store credit or exchange except for the following items-- bralettes, bodysuits, swim suits, or any other undergarment like item. These items are not available for return or exchange. These items are FINAL SALE!! 

* All sale items are FINAL sale! 

* If you wish to return, we are not responsible for shipping charges for sending the item back.

* If item(s) are damaged upon arrival, please email us and we can work together to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATION

 * If you are needing to cancel an order before it has been shipped please take note that we will charge a 15% restocking and cancellation fee. 

SHIPPING

* All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Most orders ship before this time frame. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you have purchased a pre order item, the shipping time may be delayed. Orders may be delayed during high volume times such as holiday seasons. 

* Please understand that we are not responsible for packages that do not have insurance on them. We offer package insurance through route that can be purchased at the time of checkout. If you do not purchase the insurance ourselves or route is not responsible if your packages gets lost in transit, or stolen. 

 

* Please make sure that your address is correct on your order as that is the address we ship to. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address. No exceptions.
